Build 'em light and stiff A large 17mm axle matches the Mag170 rear and the same micro shims to adjust bearing preload. Good balance of weight, price and stiffness. At 70g its ligh t enough for some really light race wheels but easily built into a set of bulletproof training wheels. Centre to flange is 35mm which yields a 7.0 bracing angle for a laterally stiff front wheel build. The hub flanges are seperate which rotate on the hub shell body this self aligns when the hub is under tension. Paired the Mag70 with the Mag170 and a choice of hub colours. The use of standard 6803 bearings means the hub can be easily overhauled or upgraded to ceramics for weight loss and even smoother spinning. For custom wheel builds please contact us Show more
