We will be hosting a series of training sessions at gyms in QLD, NSW and VIC ahead of the Turf Games Summer Festival on the Gold Coast. These sessions will be team-based workouts using a combination of ergs and weights similar to what you might experience in a Turf Games competition. The Cube Gym are hosting a TCG open competition / TURF training session on the 10th of August - kicking off at 7am and finishing about 2pm. The session will be in teams of 6 - 3 male and 3 female and is $120 per team ($20 each person). This will be a great chance for teams to come together for a throw down before the Gold Coast Turf Games in September. Keen to be involved?
