Barossa history in a bottle. Crafted from some of the world’s oldest Shiraz vines—planted in 1847 on the Bethany Road vineyard—this wine marries power with poise. Aromas of violets, fresh black fruits and spice rise from the glass with a hint of cedar. The palate is alive with blackberry, dark chocolate and plum, framed by fine, powdery tannins, a ferrous-like minerality and a savoury, long finish. Each parcel (Bethany & Stonewell) was individually vinified in open-top fermenters and matured in French oak for up to 18 months, then blended to uphold Turkey Flat’s hallmark balance, freshness and cellarability.
