Our Pies are made in house from scratch, we make our own stock and pastry by hand inour kitchens in Rosemont, we use real turkey including both light and dark meat, andlocal ingredients wherever possible. Ingredients: Pastry: Pastry flour, vegetable shortening, eggs, water, sugar, vinegar & salt.Filling: Turkey, carrots, onions, celery, chicken stock, cream, flour, rosemary, thyme, sage,seasoning, olive oil, canola oil, white wine. Heating Instruction: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place pie on a foillined tray (incase it boils over). Bake for 20 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325°Fand bake for 45 - 60 mins, while keeping an eye on your crust, if it begins to get toodark add a foil cover, Check temperature.
