60–65 days. Turkish Delight boasts a continuous and heavy production of slender, straight, 8-inch, glossy black eggplants. The spineless plants produce fruit with minimal seeds and a flavor that’s only mildly bitter, mellowing even more after cooking. In our trials, this variety was very prolific, even during periods of heat and drought, making it a great option for short-season gardens. Perfect for both open-field and greenhouse production.
