Tusah Double Target Kick Target Constructed in a classic kick paddle shape, the internal foam padding of the kick pad is covered with a crosshatch pu material to ensure the paddle stays tough and durable during training. The Tusah kick paddles are almost exclusive to Taekwondo for developing power, accuracy, speed, flexibility, and precision. When kicked correctly double target pads make a "slapping" sound to give the user an idea of how well they're kicking and also to give some feedback to the coach.
