Hand-picked and pressed the same day, the oil is unfiltered, first cold press, and is bottled into small batches throughout the year to keep it fresh. Sustainably raised, no pesticides. Grown at Grazing Star Ranch in Geyserville, Sonoma County. The olive trees were planted 25 years ago from olive tree clippings sourced from a 350 year old Tuscan estate famous for it's olive oil.
