One of the finest drinks we've ever had. The Tuxedo is a refined and classic drink born in the 1890s at the legendary Tuxedo Club in Upstate New York. It's history is intertwined w ith that of the Martini. Our version uses Old Tom gin, a warm, malty, and sweeter spirit that predates London Dry. The gin is layered with dry vermouth and the driest of fino sherries, resulting in a unique flavour profile. We finish it with a dash of absinthe for complexity. Show more
