TV15 Caravan Tempering Valve A functioning TV15 (C6416D) tempering valve in a hot water system will combine an inlet stream of hot and cold water together to deliver a continuous hot water supply a controlled temperature. The TV15 valve is appropriate for use when you need to temper hot water supplied to outlets used for personal hygiene purposes, where the water temperature must not exceed 50°C.
