Basic LEASE plan includes 2 cylinders with first sale/fill of propane, 3 cement mounting blocks, 1 automatic changeover regulator, all necessary connecting hardware (pipe and fitti ngs required to connect at building, are an extra charge and becomes property of account holder), and the first year lease fee ("in town" a $70.00 value). Includes pressure gauge test from outside and wash down safety check of all equipment/connections supplied by us at the time of installation of fuel. Additional charges apply for flood plain, and ocean front installations. An additional $89.95 fee applies for initial start-up of fireplace and purging line of air and moisture.
