Grown in our northern Coonawarra vineyard and sourced from two blocks, 3 and 4a, within this single vineyard. The larger berries of this block mean more juice and less tannin extra ction, making it a fruit driven approachable style. A combination of 40% new and 60% second use hogsheads (300L) The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla.
