With two central doors and drawers either side, this beautiful console table in solid elm wood harks back to the traditional Chinese 'ladies cabinets' that were used as dressing ta bles in Qing dynasty China. However the tapered legs, chunky extended top and brass handles give it a more contemporary look, with strong design influences from Japan. The simple lattice shelf at the bottom makes a nice display setting for larger ornaments and the table works perfectly either as a dining room sideboard or as a console in a reception area. Show more
