Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Ronnie Foster caught the ear of Blue Note Records after appearing on Grant Green's album Alive! And made his own Blue Note debut with Two Headed Fr eap. It includes covers of Al Green and Wilson Pickett along with originals like "Mystic Brew," which A Tribe Called Quest would later sample on their classic track "Electric Relaxation."
