The head of the snake is 14 mm's long. This bracelet is a cuff and is available in size Small and Large. Size small will fit wrists 5"-7" well. Size large will fit wrists from 7"-10" well. The model in the picture is wearing a size small. Size large wraps further around your wrist if your wrist isn't more than 10".
