It is a complex, multi-layered blend that revived the traditional Irish practice of combining different styles of whiskey (Grain, Pot Still, and Malt) into a single expression. Composition of the 5-Part Blend The blend is unique for combining grain, malt, and pot still whiskies, including a rare touch of peated malt for an Irish blend: \(40\%\) Dark Grain Whiskey: Aged in virgin American Oak casks. \(40\%\) Light Grain Whiskey: Aged in ex-Bourbon casks. \(10\%\) Double-Distilled Malt Whiskey: Aged in ex-Bourbon casks. \(8\%\) Single Pot Still Whiskey: Aged in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. \(2\%\) Peated Malt Whiskey: Aged in ex-Bourbon casks. Flavor Profile Nose: Fruit-forward and sweet with notes of honey, vanilla, toasted oak, peach, and pear, balanced by a faint hint of citrus zest and peat smoke.
