The Type K is quick and easy to use and designed to be mastered by a novice in minutes. Operation is easily accomplished with minimal waste, and consistent deposits can be delivered time after time. The Type K Hushpuppy Depositor deposits 2 generous size hushpuppies for each push of the handle. There are 8 deposit size settings located on the handle with a weight range from approximately 10 to 24 grams. Hopper size is generous and holds about 5.5 pounds of batter. Each hopper is constructed of aluminum; each plunger and cylinder are constructed of stainless steel. The entire unit is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
