The KTM Tyre Warmer Set 61312983044 enables tyre temperature to reach the optimal level in around 30 minutes and is regulated with a high-precision thermostat (+/-1°C). It has an LED for monitoring the temperature and status (heating up/maintaining temp). An electronic controller allows for three temperature ranges selection: 50°C for rain tyres, 80°C and 100°C, as per tyre manufacturer's requirements. The carbon-fibre heating element is arranged transversely in a dual circuit, ensuring optimal heating of the tyre's side. The carbon fibre is coated with an advanced heat-conducting silicone layer for maximum strength and protection. The tyre warmer features a special non-stick surface, with copper strands providing optimized properties for heat conduction. Side covers are elasticated for an excellent fit, heating the rim quickly when pulled over the tyre flank. An insulating layer prevents heat loss to the exterior. The set has been designed for durability, being made from water-repellent, fire and rip-resistant fabric, and is CE-certified. It works with a 230 VAC, 50-60 Hz Euro plug and fits tyres from 180/55 - 17 up to 200/60 - 17.
