The nose is incredibly focused and sharp, bursting with fresh-squeezed lime juice, lemon curd, lemongrass, and green apple skin. On the palate, it is light-bodied, linear, and completely bone-dry. A piercing, enamel-shattering vein of citrus acidity provides incredible drive and structural tension, layered over a light texture of white orchard fruits. The finish is remarkably long, clean, and dominated by a mouth-watering, talc-like mineral grip.
