CAD Approval Once you approve the CAD, we move to production (no changes after this step). 3D Printing & Wax Model We print a precise wax model. → You receive close-up photos of the wax so you can see the exact size and shape. Lost-Wax Casting The wax is cast into solid metal (925 Sterling Silver base). → You receive photos and video right after casting. Hand Finishing & Polishing The raw casting is filed, cleaned, and polished by hand to a high shine. Stone Drilling Every stone hole is precisely drilled by hand. Hand Stone Setting All VVS D-Color Moissanite lab diamonds are individually hand-set. → You receive close-up photos and videos of the stone setting process. PVD Gold Plating We apply thick, long-lasting PVD gold plating in your chosen color (yellow, rose or white). → You receive final plating photos. Final Quality Control The piece is thoroughly inspected for perfection. GRA Moissanite Certification Every piece receives an official GRA certificate. Final Photos & Videos We send you professional final photos and videos of the finished piece before shipping.
