With a tension force up to 3500N, it is perfect for packing heavy goods with high tensile requirements, such as bricks, timber, paper, aluminum, metal products, and more. It is also extremely easy to use: simply connect the air compressor, insert the PP or PET strap, tighten, weld, automatically shear the banding, remove the machine, and you’re done. Applications Features Pneumatic:Compared with other electric strapping tools, this pneumatic strapping tool requires no batteries. Simply connect it to an air compressor with air pressure of 0.5-0.8MPa (72.5-116PSI) to operate, avoiding packing interruptions caused by dead batteries. For PP/PET Strapping:Compatible with 1/2-3/4 in wide, 0.4 to 1.2 mm thick PET (Polyester) and PP (Polypropylene) strapping. No Need For Buckles:Friction heat fusion welds the straps with 75% of their maximum load-bearing strength, ensuring they won’t break easily, eliminating the need for extra buckles. Suitable for Factory Applications:This pneumatic strapping tool delivers a tension force up to 3500N, making it ideal for packing heavy goods with high tensile requirements, such as bricks, timber, paper, aluminum, metal products, and more. Use clean compressed air only, no other gas or power source. Working pressure: 0.5–0.7MPa (72–100psi), max 0.8MPa. Air hose ID ≥ 6.0mm. Install filter, regulator and lubricator, drain condensate daily. 2.What to do if the machine fails to tighten or the fusion is not firm? Can’t tighten: Clean dust/residue on take-up pulley and toothed plate; adjust the gap between them by adding/removing gaskets per strap thickness. Weak fusion:Ensure air pressure ≥72psi; clean residue on fusion toothed plate and vibrating bar; extend fusion time properly (2–5s, not too long). 3.How to adjust and adapt for different widths and thicknesses of strapping belts? Width adjustment: Replace panel with matching strap width; select hole on blade holder (outer=19mm, middle=16mm). Thickness adjustment: Adjust gap (a) between take-up pulley & toothed plate with gaskets (≥ strap thickness). Adjust gap (b) between vibrating bar & fusion plate (0.5mm default, add 0.2mm gasket if strap
