OVER ACRYLIC, SCULPTING GEL OR ACRYGEL: Simply shape your enhancement with our Ugly Duckling Medium Zebra File, Coarse Buffer or if you prefer an e-file: the Medium grit Arbor Sanding Band. Do not buff or finish the nail with anything finer or you may risk the polish/top coat peeling. Remove all dust. Do not use a cleanser as some cleansers can contain oil. Do not use alcohol or acetone either as it will soften the grooves from finish filing and create too smooth a surface for maximum adhesion. Feel free to have your clients wash their hands, just be sure that the nails are completely dry before top coating. Apply Tacky Top directly over the dust free enhancement and cure in our Ugly Duckling LED Gel Lamp for 60 seconds. Allow nails to cool approximately 45-60 seconds after removing from the LED Lamp before cleansing. Remove the tacky inhibition layer from the nails with Ugly Duckling Gel Cleanse. OVER GEL POLISH & COLOR GEL: Apply gel polish/color gel and cure. Do not remove tacky inhibition layer. Apply Tacky Top and cure in Ugly Duckling LED Lamp for 60 seconds. Allow nails to cool approximately 45-60 seconds after removing from the LED Lamp before cleansing. Remove the tacky inhibition layer from the nails with Ugly Duckling Gel Cleanse. TIP: Always allow Tacky Top to "cool" for 45-60 seconds after removing from the LED Lamp before cleansing to ensure the highest gloss shine.
