Utilising Aiyama rice, a newly introduced, quality saké rice grown in the Hyogo prefecture in limited quantity, Aihara Brewery has created a semi-sweet Junmaishu with a fruity and complex fragrance. With a sweet initial impression, and a soft, rich body, Ugono Tsuki Junmai offers a clean sweetness on the palate with a soft, dry finish.
