ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Specifically designed to prepare you for the Hills phase of UK Special Forces Joint Selection, this programme focuses on developing aerobic capacity, enhancing resilience to repetitive daily physical stress, and building a strong robust chassis. Every element is structured to improve performance while minimising the risk of avoidable repetitive strain injuries, ensuring you can endure the demands of selection. WHY WE DESIGNED THIS The body breaks down long before the mind gives up. Through working with numerous UKSF candidates, we found that the most common weakness in physical preparation was inadequate structural robustness and the ability to repeatedly perform under extreme fatigue. This programme is designed to strengthen connective tissues, enhance durability, and develop a solid foundation of aerobic conditioning under load, ensuring you are physically prepared for the demands of selection.
