Truro Fabrics is a small, independent family run sewing & knitting emporium based in the heart of Cornwall. They started as a market stall in 1984 and has grown over the years into one of Britain’s largest independent fabric retailers. Their store now has three departments; dressmaking fabrics (available online), interiors and yarns & haberdashery. Truro Fabrics offer everything from textile craft supplies to high-end bridal fabrics. As well as selling fabrics, wallpapers and paint the Interiors department also offers a made to measure service for curtains and soft furnishings. The team are all wonderfully creative people with their own knowledge and interests, varying from knit designers to print makers. But of course, everyone is passionate about textiles.
