After a chilly and moist month of May, in June the temperature started to raise and stayed very warm during the summer, one of the hottest in recent years. Luckily, the heat waves were followed by gentle showers that allowed the vineyards to continue their vegetative cycle without stopping due to water stress and resulting in a low yield and high quality harvest in October with perfectly healthy grapes.
