Suitable for interior and exterior use. Coverage Each quart covers a double application for up to 40 sq. feet. For best results apply once before grouting and once after grouting. How to Apply Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or wax before application. Ideal surface temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Apply using a spray applicator, brush, roller, or lint-free rag. Apply a heavy first coat, spreading any excess to avoid puddles. A second coat can be applied 15 minutes after the first. Product fully cures in 24 hours. Cleanup: Use xylene or a similar solvent to clean tools after use. Warning: Do not apply with high-pressure equipment. Always ensure adequate ventilation during use. Caution: Highly flammable and combustible liquid and vapor. Keep away from heat, open flames, and sources of ignition. Read all safety instructions before use.
