ULTIMATE Cabinet Primer is a stain blocking interior/exterior primer. It has the adhesion capability and versatility to work on almost all interior and exterior surfaces. It’s fast drying, water-based and helps to block stains such as water marks, ink stains or tannin stains. ULTIMATE Cabinet Primer is recommended for use with Miss Lillian’s ULTIMATE Cabinet Paint in cases where you would not suspect bleed-through.
