About the Snow Foam soap: We have upgraded this kit to the new Autostolz Snow Foam, and wow does it impress! This new Snow Foam from Autostolz is amazing, It produces super thick dense snow foam that clings to the vehicle. It's pH neutral and safe on all vehicles including matte vehicles. This snow foam soap combined with the Rockcar Stealth Foam Cannon is an amazing combination! Information From Autostolz: Advanced Surfactant Chemistry. Engineered to produce maximum foam in a high-pressure foam cannon. Foam is dense and stable. High foam lubrication reduces scratch risk during washing and rinsing. pH Neutral. Safe on all types of vehicle finishes, Including Matte and Satin. Does not compromise protective layers, including ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants. Clings to the vehicles surfaces to allow longer dwell time. Ideal for regular washing and prewashing without risk of corrosion or damage. Directions: Shake bottle well. Add 30-90 ml per 1L foam cannon (1-3 oz). Do not rinse first. Foam evenly onto vehicle. Allow the soap 5 mins to work before rinsing off. Avoid letting soap dry. Rinse off from bottom to top, then back. Use on cool surfaces only, surface should not exceed 30⁰C (86⁰F). With all chemicals always do a small, subtle test spot first. Do not let freeze. We have tested nearly all the snow foam cannons on the market and have not found one that foams better. If foams really well, super impressive. There are a lot of reasons for this - we took one apart to see and were really impressed with the design and quality of the components, especially those you do not normally see. Most foam cannons are manufactured to appeal to the eye, this is made to perform and last. It just happens to look pretty cool too. High quality stainless steel mesh foamer replacement for Rockcar Stealth Blackline edition. This fine mesh is one of the key reasons a snow foam cannon gives thick foam. The foamer mesh in the Rockcar Stealth Blackline edition is high quality stainless steel, and engineered to maximise foam production, disrupting the high pressure flow of water and soap mixture to aerate it and produce thick foam. The Rockcar Stealth is a fully serviceable snow foam cannon with replacement parts like this available making it easier to maintain and more longer lasting than other snow foam cannons on the market. Modders will also love that they can change the orifice size if needed to suit specific water blasters. This is something we have not seen before, normally you have to get a whole new snow foam cannon. These also play a large part in producing thick foam. The size of the internal orifice through which water passes in the snow foam gun also impacts foam production as it changes the volume of water that can pass through, for higher pressure water plasters having the correct sized orifice and a clean high quality stainless steal foamer mesh is critical to avoid excess pressure building up that would cause back pressure, which can then lead to the water blasters surging as its safety pressure switches turn the water pump off when excess back pressure is noted, then on again as it subsides, and so on. The rockcar Stealth comes with a 1.1 stainless steel orifice nozzle installed which is the perfect size for nearly all residential water blasters you would be using to clean your car or around the home (1,000 - 1750 psi / 100-130 bar.). But if you have a higher pressure water blaster that requires a larger orifice size, or if you might change water blasters in the future, you can easily (and cheaply) buy replacement orifices. Orifice Sizes available: 1.1mm for 1,000-1750 psi / 100-130 bar 1.25 for 1800-2600 psi / 135-180 bar 1.4mm for 2,700-4,000psi / 185-280 bar 1.7mm for 4,000-5,000psi / 285-345 bar. the Rockcar Stealth comes pre assembled with the 1.1mm orifice installed, so if you already know you might need a different size check out our adapter section and add the one you want to the cart as well so you can swap it out. The housing is solid brass, coated with an additional thick black epoxy to further improve against chemicals and corrosion. Brass is already super durable for this, this extra step is not really necessary but typical of Rockcar and well, it just looks cool. The 1/4 quick connector is high quality stainless steel, which is industry standard for premium water blasters. Rockcar also has a huge range or adapters to make it fit nearly all waterblasters. Short professional water blaster gun replacements are also available, and adapters to fit these direct onto proprietary hoses like Karcher and Nilfisk. Check out our Adapter section for these. All the controls are black, and extensive. In addition to the normal adjustment of the ratio of soap mixture to water from the water blaster on the top, and the spread of the foam from narrow to wide on the end, you can also adjust the angle of the foam by twisting the section of the foam nozzle closest to the bottle. This is something most foam cannons do not have and is sometimes really handy to have so you can keep the bottle upright and have the foam going 90 degrees, 45 degrees, 0 degrees, etc. The bottle is large and perfectly clear, as is the hose, so you can see your mixture, how much soap is left, and easily mix the right ratio of soap and water. The hose is long so it bends across the bottom of the bottle without kinking, or sucking flat on the bottom of the bottle. Not common on snow foam guns: It comes with a filter at the bottom of the straw to reduce clogging of the important internal mesh foamer, ensuring better foam performance for longer. Customizers and Modders will also love that you can swap this out for the neon green flexible intake hose and high quality stainless steel integrated filter and gravity ball weight (not included, optional extra). This not only looks cool, a bit like a splice of colour on the brake calipers, you can also trim this to suit your optimal length, allowing you to either have it long and sitting at the bottom, or if you like to hold it sideways like in Bad boys, trim the hose so the ball doesn't bend at the bottom of the bottle but hangs straight, then when you tilt the bottle the heavy gravity ball filter will drop to the bottom, ensuring even when the bottle is not flat the hose is still at the bottom where the soap and water mixture is. This is great if you are holding the foam gun low, like doing the lover panels and the bottle is getting low, it will adjust to keep the foam cannon sucking up liquid and not air so you can effortlessly keep going. This was something that used to annoy us on other foam cannons especially at the end of a wash when the soap is running low. The Bottle has accurate metric markings on it, so you can see in ml's easily how much soap and water are added to get the right ratio, which is nice for us here in New Zealand where we are used to ml's and not ounces. The bottle opening is wide to make it easy to fill without spilling, and to give the maximum strength for durability of the bottle. Rockcar tested this to maximise durability. We have seen issues with other bottles where the opening was either too narrow or large. If the opening is too narrow there can be too much weight from the full bottle put on a small amount of plastic which can lead to cracking at the top of the bottle. It's completely serviceable, and easy to take apart, with replacement parts available. We get asked for replacement parts on other foam cannons all the time and they aren't often available.
