This pressure is a signal to rest and digest for parts of your nervous system making this prop one that packs a whole lot of relaxation. The yoga strap acts as an extension of your arms for stretching and binding. The strap can facilitate more comfortable forward folds, side bends, shoulder mobility, and more. Dry clean recommended, or place in a garment bag. Gentle cold wash with a small amount of very mild detergent or soap nuts. To dry, lay flat out of direct sunlight. Inside bolster: spot clean only. Refresh your flaxseed every so often using the zipped inner liner. Yoga strap: Cool hand wash, hang to dry. Blanket: Gentle cold wash, hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Cork blocks: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Eco yoga mats: Wipe down with a damp cloth when needed or, for a stronger clean, use vinegar and water with a ratio of 1:2.
