This ultra thin magnetic catch has a strong rare earth (neodymium) magnet. It is made from 301 stainless steel for extra corrosion resistance. Notes Magnetic force may be affected when used near water or in high humidity environments. The maximum recommended temperature is 80 degrees Celcius / 176 degrees Fahrenheit. The counterplate should not come into direct contact with the magnet when closed. The screw heads should not protrude above the base plate when installed. Show more
