Holy cow I am psyched on this one. Umami Dust is essentially a vinegary, smoky bbq flavor that mimics my favorite potato chip. I wanted to recreate the flavor of putting these chip s in a sandwich and we nailed it. It also happens to be a phenomenal all purpose meat rub. Show more
