We've increased the nitrate content in U Nitrate from the 400mg found in several other products to 500mg, a 25% increase. If your VO2max is 60ml/kg/min or lower, 500mg (8mmol) should be sufficient. For those with an oxygen uptake higher than 60ml/kg/min, we recommend taking 2 shots (see usage instructions). Take 1-2 shots about 2.5 hours before the activity.
