A fruit liqueur blend of premium sake with a beautiful citrus infusion of Japanese Yuzu fruit, for a fresher lighter sake. Created using the same process used to make Umenoyado’s famous umeshu, this Yuzushu replaces the ume plum fruit with natural Japanese Yuzu fruits native to Japan.
