Weigh the bases on the included scale per the recipe. Print, cure, and get a verified, repeatable spot color — every time. Printing & curing Mesh: 110–305 depending on the print Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer Flash: 240–260°F between colors Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 320–350°F (160–177°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp Recommended companion products Nylon Bond 289 Additive — mix into this ink to bond prints to nylon and other slick synthetics (catalyst; stir in a small amount, limited pot life, always test first).
