The strong outline of the Úna necklace is formed in 2mm thick silver. A combination of matte and polished finishes are incorporated to highlight the mix of straight lines and clean angles. Hanging centered on a 60cm long anchor chain, finished with a handmade clasp, this necklace is available in either silver or gold plated silver. If your preference is for more understated jewellery, we have made Úna in a miniature version here. This necklace is named after Úna Dirrane, who was an Aran Island crios (belt) maker, part of Muriel Gahan's cooperative movement of the 1930's. The pendant is 20mm in height x 34mm in width x 10mm in depth. It hangs from a chain which is 60cm in length. Show more
