Lights will illuminate and flash while product is charging. Number of lights illuminated reflects current battery power level. When product is fully charged, lights will stop flashing and remain illuminated. To turn on, hold the “+” button for 3 seconds. Lights will illuminate to indicate product is on and in standby mode. To cycle through vibrating speeds and pulsing patterns, push the “+” button to advance to the next function, and push the “-“ button to return to previous function.
