Uncle Nearest 1884 Light brown sugar and honeyed granola. Herbaceous and crisp with an oriental spice aroma. Slight truffle notes and pleasing currants. Apricots and a mix of soft cloves warm the mouth. Toasted frame and oak with a splash of ginger. Dry and enormous tannins but holds the finish on a ginger note. Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest.
