We partnered with Uncle Nearest, one of Tennessee’s most respected whiskey makers, to create something that’s all craft and no compromise. Green coffee beans are aged in charred wh ite oak barrels, absorbing rich, complex notes from the wood and the whiskey that came before. After aging, the beans are roasted to a balanced medium profile—bringing out tasting notes of crème brûlée, toasted oat, and baked apple, with a bold, whiskey-forward finish.
