Uncommon Pursuits is a collaboration with Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company that started with a wild idea in 2019. That's when Uncommon made four ciders and fruit wines using barrel s selected by Blind Enthusiasm, which were released in 2021. The freshly emptied barrels were then filled with spontaneous beer at Blind Enthusiasm, where they fermented for two years, picking up distinct flavours from each barrel and fruit. Uncommon Pursuits: Cherry was made in barrels that were home to Uncommon Sparkling Cherry Wine made with Lapins and Sweetheart cherries.
