This savory bratwurst is made by Journeyman Meat Co. and combines SRF Kurobuta pork shoulder with our apple brined uncured bacon. It has the hearty flavor and texture of a traditio nal bratwurst with the surprising hints of sweetness and smoke from the bacon. Made with whole muscle pork shoulder, not trimmed pieces, for a robust pork flavor and firm bite. Delicious simmered in beer, pan-fried or cooked on a grill. Average weight: 12 oz.
