In this book, Dasha collected exercises from a psychologist that she’s actually found helpful.The possessor of this book is not only a reader or spectator, but also a co-writer. Each person will write in it something personal and maybe the day after they’ll erase it and rewrite it. It’s under construction and it’s meant to be changed.
