There is a good chance that this wasn’t designed for Saltwater or Tropical Freshwater Native flies… but the idea of a fine buggy hair over the top of the chenille in a Squimp fly, or over the cactus chenille on a gurgler, or even just as opposed to flat braid on a bonefish fly (or even over the top of it) just got the creative juices flowing.
