A vibrant red blend from the Old Mill Estate in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Delta Blue combines Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grown on deep alluvial clay-loam soils. The name nods to both the soil (“delta clay loam”) and a love of blues riffs, while the winemaking keeps things fresh and lively with wild fermentation and subtle suede tannins. On the nose expect blueberry, raspberry and blackcurrant, underpinned by cassia, bay-leaf and clove spice.
