Unimatic has been amongst our favorite modern brands since they launched in 2015. Based in Milan, Italy, they are the brainchild of two young gentlemen who had a desire to construct minimalistic tool watches built to exacting standards that have classically-industrial designs and are heavy, tough and beautiful. The Modello Uno U1S-MP is a limited edition variant of their basic diving watch design with a brushed 40mm steel case and unidirectional bezel with an engraved aluminum insert. It features a minimalist dial with Super-LumiNova indices, a date window at 6 o’clock, a matching handset and the ubiquitous Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement. Individually numbered in a run of 500 pieces, this model sold out in a heartbeat when it initially released. In fantastic condition throughout, it comes complete with its original packaging, warranty card, instruction manual and a stainless steel bracelet with a signed locking clasp. Minimal and robust, we almost hate how much we truly love this piece!
