Here are some top tips when storing your next loaf in my bread box: Make sure your loaf is completely cool before storing. Not even I can keep up with the moisture release of hot bread. Freshly baked bread can be stored without paper or plastic, bread-side down, or with two halves pressed together to prevent drying out. Bread containing preservatives can be stored in the wrapping it came in. Care: Please hand wash me only.
