Forty million years of Mexican history, worn at your collarbone. This is no ordinary amber. The large freeform stone set in this substantial sterling silver pendant is Chiapas ambe r — rarer and more highly prized than its Baltic cousin, formed in the ancient forests of southern Mexico and found nowhere else on earth. Its colour is extraordinary: luminous yellow-green glowing from within, dramatically swirled with deep tobacco-brown inclusions that tell the stone's ancient story in every shadow and streak. Every Chiapas amber is unique. This one is genuinely spectacular. The chain is not included. Gemstone - Amber 925 Sterling Silver Approx. 2.2" L Handmade in Taxco, Mexico Show more
