Skeletonizing an Unitas 6497 movement was a part of the master thesis at the Swedish watchmaker school in Borensberg in 1998. Besides the skeletonizing, we manufactured the balance cock, hairspring, inner collet, stud and the balance staff. All movements was tested for performance before they was approved.
