Living with Borderline Personality Disorder, I often turn to reggae and dub to steady myself when I feel things start to sway. The music brings me back to centre — calm, grounded, and grateful. After hearing about the hurricane that’s struck Jamaica, I felt compelled to create something — a design to show love, gratitude, and solidarity with the island and its people.
