Universal Digital Hour Meter This hour meter works on anything with a spark plug. Easily track the service life of your unit for oil changes, etc. Hour meter details: Black Peel an d stick or attach with screws (provided) Displays hours and tenths Waterproof 2.1 x 1.45 x 0.56 inches including terminals 54mm x 37mm x 14mm Includes meter, pick up wire and screws Directions: Wrap the pick-up wire (included) around the spark plug wire five times about 1.5 inches from the spark plug boot. Insert the other end of the pick-up wire into the rear of the meter. Start the motor to see if the meter is picking up the signal. If it is, secure the pick-up wire and meter and you're done. If it is not, slide the pick-up wrap closer to the spark plug boot. Make sure you leave enough slack for removing the spark plug wire if necessary. Do not allow the pick-up wire to make contact with the engine. Show more
