The Full-Race EWG-Pro by DCCDpro is a dedicated Electronic Internal Wastegate (eIWG) controller. It is a high-current capable H-bridge DC motor driver designed to provide superior and precise boost control for electronic wastegate actuators, often replacing traditional pneumatic systems. It accepts a standard PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) input from a factory or standalone ECU, enabling advanced tuning strategies like boost-by-gear or boost/throttle limited traction control. Features Provides precise control of wastegate opening and closing, independent of spring pressure or preload. Allows the wastegate to be kept fully closed for quicker turbo spool-up. Features auto-calibration of electronic internal wastegates via a full sweep. Includes safety features using sensor inputs. Fully programmable interface supports 5%–95% Duty Cycles for superior boost control. Notes Requires custom calibration/re-tuning in the ECU, as the electronic system dynamics differ significantly from pneumatic actuators.
